Skills:

The Mullins Charitable Funds has provided more than 25 scholarships to students pursuing health care careers from multiple colleges and universities, and has recently expanded to provide mental health first aid training to better prepare health care workers, teachers and others to identify mental health risks, and provide resources for interventions and support.

This video was produced for the third annual Mullins Charitable Funds dinner benefiting the Mullins Healthy Children’s Fund of the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation.

Due to the critical nature of adolescent mental health and the reported increases in teen suicide and violent acts within our communities, all of this year’s proceeds will help provide mental health intervention and educational training for people working with youth and others who may be at risk in Lincoln, Linn and Benton counties.
